I'm not a Debbie Downer, I'm glad people are excited I'm just saying people don't have to shit on others who haven't bought in yet is all.
Imo we will lose to PSU and Iowa but beat Wisconsin.
Not sure how all the tie breakers would go. They need to be playing in the B10 title game for this to truly be a success.
Ohio St is going to butt fuck whoever they get so I'm not concerned with that but go win the West.
I don't want to hear the BS that this is a good building block etc.. Heard it too many times with the Basketball team, football team etc before. You could end up with Ohio St and someone like Michigan on your schedule right away next year and be done before it even started.
All this "70 years talk" you need to do something with it now.
No, they can't "end up with Ohio State" on the schedule. This isn't the NFL. Schedules are set years in advance and Ohio State isn't on it. Michigan is. Next year's schedule is about as soft as this year's.
Never took a look at it. Like I said, I haven't been paying much attention. This team doesn't give me much of a reason to. I will be checking it out on Saturday.
Haven't paid much attention? No shit?
It's bad enough we have to put up with your garbage in PC. Stay the F out of here. It's not like anyone buys you are a fan anyway. What a jackass.
I was watching PTI on ESPN. Kornheiser predicted Penn State 37-10 but the other dude said he wants Minnesota and thinks they will win but he would not pick a score.

I read only about 350 tickets are left.
Last sellout?
A article I saw said they haven't reached 50,000 sold since 2015. So at the least since then.
The article said that College football attendance in worrisome period. Even Clemson hasn't been selling lut games.
They talked to some HCs from big programs etc.. They said that the people who used to appreciate going to games are getting older and not coming and the younger crowd would rather sit in front of screens.
One AD said the young people are more worried about if the stadium has good wifi or not.
I think this is a trend for all major live events anymore.

Who cares if its a sell out. Just hope it's a big fun crowd. We have a big fun tailgate and most of them go in for the games, but me and a handful of others almost never go in, we just stay at the tailgate and watch it on TV. Just what I prefer.
There is so much hype for this game and not just locally. Twitter outside local feeds, articles on Bleacher Report, ESPN, etc.
I hope the team appreciates the opportunity but doesn't become over-whelmed by it all. In a sense an 11 a.m. game may help in that they won't have all day to sit around and think about it. Get up, go through your routine and play ball!!
With kids you never know how they'll respond in situations like this. On paper they lose this game 7/10 but they don't play football on paper they play it on your TV screen.

I believe! Gophs 30-27!
This fucker just knows things!
Some of the predictions are quite entertaining.
Nice work. Congrats to you Gopher die hards. It's been fun to watch and now the imagination is starting to run wild. It's not unfathomable to legitimately think they could be playing for a CFP spot in a month.
