I've been listening to Beyondless from Iceage. I like it.

First concert was FogHat in Saint Paul on Mays Island (?) Most recent...Gene Simmons and his own personal band (not KISS) in May. He wanted $70 a ticket but I got in for $35.00
It was very good.

Nice! Yeah, it’s excellent, isnt it? Everything about it. I just haven’t heard anything else like Iceage. They really get at your heart, guts, and head. The total package.

caught Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers at the 7th street entry. He brought it. Mucho fun. I also think I could smell the piss I personally took 10 years before when I used the john. Man alive....Love the grungy atmosphere and the memories, but as I've aged, I do appreciate a bathroom that doesn't make me gag.

Cheap trick after a Strikers game when I was wee. First show I went to as a teen was probably Fugazi at First Ave, I think.

Saw Paul Simon at Xcel a couple weekends ago.
Like that, y'all, pop some more shit.

Killswitch Engage last night

They finish with their cover of Dio's - Holy Diver which is awesome as well.
Also I heard the Killswitch version first, so Dio's version while still great sounds slow to me

First: Faith No More opening for Billy Idol, 1990 I think
Last: Nick Cave was in town a few years ago and my bro hooked me up with tickets.

The video is from the Dublin gig the night before, but the extended outro to Amen was the highlight of the show for me

I hate Arjay's demeanor but he is a hell of a drummer

The Mrs and I flew to London to see Mammal

Small venue, about 300 people, was awesome and worth every penny

They are sort of like an Australian Rage Against the Machine

First- Metallica in 1993. Carver Hawkeye Arena in Iowa City. Great concert. Had to beg my parents to let me go with some friends since it was in the winter and I had just turned 17 the month before and it was a Thursday night. Didn't get home until late and had a basketball game the next night but they thankfully let me go.

Most recent- KISS 2016 iWireless Center in Moline. They sounded really good at this particular show. Paul's voice lasted and it was a good concert.

Mastodon kicked off their latest tour in Belfast last night.

Weird set list, didn't play many of their hits was still a good gig, but could have been so much better

They did give an airing to Blood and Thunder at least, and i've alway loved this song
