Coltrane was a part of Miles' first legendary quintet. I am unaware of any bad blood between the two. Coltrane left in 1960 but was a part of the quintet for 5 years. Miles could be a little hard to work with and was on and off drugs at certain times. Maybe that's it?

Miles has visions. And if you weren't a part of that vision he would let you know I guess. Telling that shit to Thelonious Monk and John Coltrane. I mean...shit. Monk's compositions are freaking master strokes and Trane was just as innovative as Miles was.

Except a perfect circle have a new album and tour. Love APC but as soon as i saw that, my first thought was tool album more delays

Last time they said anything about the album, they said 2018 would be the year. Unless it's just tinkering, or they plan to do it end of the year.
Listened to a lot of this on sunday while cleaning out my garage.
Only problem with that was that I needed to manually hit the next track on teh phone.
