Having a drink (curious how the Kombucha detox holds up to the Tequila tox) and listening to Alive Cooper's "Welcome to My Nightmare" album on the record player.

For those who arent to familiar, it's a pretty good album that contains tracks "Cold Ethyl" " Black Widow" "Only Women Bleed", etc. But as an album it's better because the songs flow into each other so even the tracks like "Years Ago" are great when listening to the entire album.


Also - As I mentioned in my 'Fun Facts' thread....the band playing on this album is the same that is on Lou Reed's "Lou Reed Live" and "RocknRoll Animal" album.

These guys have really picked up the Doom/Stoner Metal slack from The Sword, since they've changed/expanded their sound a lot recently.

This album reminds me so much of The Sword's first record, "Age of Winters" (in a really good way!).

Kind of bummed with the hip-hop direction after Mailbu. I never heard the first album he did as Breezy Lovejoy but I think I like both Venice and Mailbu more than Oxnard. To be fair I thought Bubblin' was fucking bumping.
