He looks super old, drug addict, previous weird interviews many years ago. He is signing autographs at comicon type conventions (dozens of them by different names) for up to $60 on a photo just to assure himself that he is still recognized.
If you were Sheen's Hollywood agent.....what would you do for him ?

Sheen was getting $60 per signature on a black and white 8 x 10 photo at a Comicon type of festival (there are several). He happily takes the money but he mostly just wants to be appreciated by fans to know he still is Alive.
