I think the only reason Rodgers didn't play is because LaFloor wanted to see the offense ran how it's supposed to. None of those silly "work the play clock hope for an offsides call" and goofy audibles only to have Rodgers throw it out of bounds plays.

LaFloor made it a point to sit Rodgers so he can watch how it's supposed to be done in his system.
