Sly Stallone has the frame of a welterweight, maybe junior middleweight or possibly middleweight boxer, yet he competes in the heavyweight division. Major plot hole.
I don't give a fig for the simplicity on this side of complexity, but I would die for the simplicity on the other side of complexity.

200 pounds is the low weight for a heavyweight. Stallone weighs between 215-225 so he could have been a heavyweight. Granted most heavyweights are bigger than that but it's not out of the question. Especially for a movie series that came out in the 70's and 80's.

His house did not, in fact, stink. It probably smelled like any other local prize fighter/ leg breakers apartment.
