This is the least prepared for Gopher football I can ever remember being. Just not a lot of buzz out there. I will say this, if the OL is as good as expected and qb is anything better than below avg, this offense could be best we have seen since 2003.

Not sure where you're looking, but I don't recall as much coverage/hype for the Gophers in a long time. BTN writer Bret Yarina has them winning the West. Herbstreit has them as a suprise team. Pat Forde has them going 8-0 before the playoff rankings come out.

I’m hoping for one of those lopsided run vs pass games from our Goofs. Something like 40 runs vs 15 passes. Beat them up on the ground.

Utilize the size advantage and keep the QB healthy!

There’s certainly a lot of hype around the gophers this year, although it’s a bit concerning annexstad was in line to be the starter over Morgan but then got hurt. Morgan did lead us to the win over Wisconsin and in the bowl game from last year so hopefully he builds off of that.

I’m on the side to stay in the FCS. It would take a ton of money to move up including a new stadium. Hey winning ships doesn’t get old. Winning or being in a meaningless bowl game every year would
