Scarlet Knights @ Gophers

Post by ForCaleb »

1230 EST tip-off on BTN

Line: Gophers -9.5

The loss against Maryland stung a bit, I didn't foresee them coming out flat at home after a road win at Wisconsin.

Need a decisive beatdown on an improved Rutgers team that just beat OSU and has played some close games in their loses.

Just tuning in here at half. Lots of talk about McBrayer playing well.

39-32 we’re up... let’s get the W!

Rodents crush Rutgers....where was this performance vs Maryland? Engaged Coffey with a spectacular performance, wish he could be more consistent and not thrilled that Pitino had him out on the floor the last meaningless 5 minutes....if he goes down you can completely kiss a successful season goodbye.

Oturo is gonna be pretty darn good!

Nice rebound but not a signature win. ILL sucks this year so if they want to show progress they cannot lay an egg in that game on the road.

Missed the 2nd half but it's nice to see that we are clearly better than a lot of teams. Missed the 2nd against Maryland too and was too pissed to go back and watch what happened.

Good win, controlled the game the entire time even though the score was close in the 1st half.

Much better from the FT line- 80%

Team shot 50% from the floor.

McBrayer shot 4/6 from 3pt, 10 assists, ran the offense beautifully.

Oturu is getting better every game. He's going to be special.

Coffey/Murphy made a huge difference from the line in this game.

Washington played well in the minutes he got. 13-3....

Four of the next five... home and away with Illinois. Penn St at home. Iowa at home. At Michigan with nothing to lose.

If you can go 4-1 and get to 17-4, that'd be huge. After that it's @Purdue, Wiscy at home, @MSU, @Nebraska, Indiana, Michigan. Yikes... that will be a rough stretch.

Finish at Rutgers, @Northwestern, versus Purdue and @Maryland.

Can't afford to lose too many games where they will be favored. 7-8 is possible the rest of the way.
