After all the hype, Washington has turned into a MAJOR disappointment and my guess is he leaves the program at some point this year, takin his "jelly roll" back to the east coast.

You can't jelly roll in the lane against a bunch of D-1 4's and 5's, especially when you're 5'10" like Jelly. He need to focus on being a point guard: drive and dish, handle the ball, run the offense, no turnovers etc. Doubt he reshapes his game at this point. MAJOR miss when you consider Wright or Davidson were out there instead.

Davison was a guy they needed to be on early... and they weren't. Most programs weren't.

Wright is the miss, he was on campus and ready to commit but he wanted to visit Dayton as a courtesy IMO. Archie was after him hard.

Washington's deal right now is mental, IMO. Pitino needs to let him play 40 minutes against the low major teams in December.

They have Carr and Willis next year, it's definitely possible he's not here. Someone has transferred for the last 20 years... that means someone from the group below will likely transfer:

Coffey
Curry
Oturu
Washington
Carr
Willis
Kalscheur
Omersa
Hurt

I could see Omersa, he's not a big-10 power forward. He can't be more than 6'4" maybe 6'5". He's got a powerful build but would be a better fit at Drake or Montana State. I could be wrong.

He's a legit 6'7. He's a bit raw but physically gifted. Marquette was after him hard if I remember correctly.

Omersa figures to have a pretty large role next year, does he not? All they have up front is him, Curry and Oturo. Right?

I'm not a fan of the low camera angle.

The lighting seems like it's a little off, lots of shadows. No?

I assume there will be more seating in there for the Final Four?

Angle sucks, but that's pretty common for Final Four venues.

I think its just BTN with this exhibition game. No way the final 4 looks like this. There is one camera angle when play is going on for fs sake.

I couldn’t watch. Spend three dollars on a pulley and get the camera up.

Needed the win. Shot a lot better, very efficient.

Too many turnovers.

If Murphy and Oturo can't figure out how to stay out of foul trouble, this is going to become a very long season.

These half court sets are atrocious!! What am I watching!! This is the 10 Richard!! You have to dial something up. This isn't a run and gun Louisville squad. You don't have the athletes that daddy did.

Have to coach them up.

Even though you never win and we haven't had a memorable Gopher since you have been here other than Murphy, you really recruit well.

Fucking Coffey at point. The turnovers for the team as a whole wasn't actually that bad today, but Coffey at the point leaves the whole half court offense in a tissy after Coffey stumbles over the half court line.

I put a lot of blame on Pitino for not having PG depth, and relying too much on the hope that a transfer would play for him this year.

Tough timing on the game last night... Vikings game into bath night for the kids so I didn't watch as much as I wanted. Probably first game where I didn't see most or all of it but it looked brutal right away. Murphy has taken Lynch's role for some of the dumbest fouls.

I figured they'd lose this game but it always sucks getting blown out. Was hoping Washington will build off his great first half against OK St but the inconsistency drives me crazy. I don't know... you lose at home to a good Nebraska this week and I think most will be pretty down on the squad despite winning some close games against other power 5 schools... some which are likely down this year (OK St/A & M). The big ten is tough, .500 is seriously a good year for the Gophers. Gotta win against the Huskers.
