Would this team win the division?

Post by Ask Not »

Here's my revised realistic hope/dream.
CJ Cron signed
Jonathan Schoop signed

Sign Charlie Morton, Houston SP, 2 years - $32M
Trade for Sonny Gray, NYY SP
Sign 1 high quality RP 2-3 years
(Bonus?: Sign Nelson Cruz, DH 1-2 years)

Rotation:
Berrios
Morton
Gray
Gibson
Pineda
------
Ordorizzi
Gonsalves
Romero
May

This rotation wouldn't win a World Series but it would give them a chance to win every night during the regular season.
