Funny how many 'fans' have disappeared from Wild chat the past few weeks.

The past few weeks?! Seems many have been AWOL the entire season. I long for the days when we could easily reach page 3 on a GDT!

I still make the deal. Granny was just so meh here and didn't seem like we'd ever see him reach the next level. Yes, he's having a good year to date but he still is a guy with average speed and an average shot while Fiala has elite speed and although he's not scoring this year he has a much better shot than Granny. It certainly was not a ridiculous trade imho.

And Fiala sure likes taking that shot...regardless of other players maybe being in a better situation..
Example: Using Granny and Fiala..
Fiala has taken more than twice the number of shots this season (and that only statistically includes the ones on goal) while accumulating much fewer points.
We've all seen the moments where a legit star..Kaprizov is out there on the PP...and Fiala just keeps firing away regardless of the other 4 players on the ice..
I respect your opinion...I just think it was a situation where the Wild could've gotten more..

This is good, and I'm not even that upset about blowing the three goals......Its a game they never trailed, the 1 point they gave away doesn't go in the western conference, and it reminds that they can't afford to coast on any good team, because they can get burned.......its a huge homestand

Fun game for sure, especially the first 2 periods. The "X" was rockin and I was hoping Foligno would get a Gordie Howe hat trick but he couldn't get a helper. I noticed the Evason played the 4th line a lot, even in the 3rd period.....nice to have confidence in all your lines to be sure. I managed to get in and out of DT St. Paul without incidence, so that was a big win in my book! HOWEVER, I made the mistake of parking in a ramp and got stuck in there for about 25 minutes trying to get out after the game.

I didn't see a replay leading up to Foligno's fight, but it looked to me like Greenway was the main Wild player involved with SImmonds and another player but he wasn't willing to drop the gloves, and Foligno had to step in for him. Maybe I saw that wrong but if not it's pretty pathetic that a 6'6" 240lb guy can't stand up for himself....

Crazy how well the Wild and doing and no one here is even talking about them. When they sucked last year they were getting talked about all the time.

Team looks great overall. Very balanced lineup which is fun to watch.

ESPN just ranked us 7th in their power rankings which is a joke.
