Well, the Wild waste no time canceling out their nice win against Winnipeg the other night. An awful Philly team is on deck so brace yourselves for another zero point game against one of the worst teams in the NHL when that happens. Detroit probably will go winless until the Wild visit them later in the season.

The first Wild game I've been to at the X since 2012 and it was a fucking embarrassment to watch that team.

Good fucking God. I feel bad my girlfriend wasted money on very good club seats for that joke.

You should get your money back or at least a voucher for another game, you really should. It would be bad enough if it happened against a team like Tampa or Washington, or it happened on the road, but at least you'd sort of understand. As it was they were absolutely dominated in their own building by a club that entered the game with the fewest regulation wins in the league and sadly, anyone who follows this team closely could see it coming.

It was a great night regardless of the game but it's just so fucking disheartening that 19,084 spent money to watch a team that didn't even want to be there.

I've played organized hockey since I could skate much like you guys have or have been watching the game for years . I know the difference between "It's just not our night" and "We don't even want to be here tonight."

The girlfriend felt bad that this was the game she picked (even though Detroit was my favorite team growing up) and we had center ice club seats up on the bar railings (my favorite). That's why I'm so pissed off over that shit. If I watched it on TV? No biggie but for her and 19,082 others to spend money on an ENTIRE team not wanting to be there.....fuck them.

He's basically a dead man walking. Unless the Wild win at least two playoff rounds (which I would give about a 1% chance of happening) I think he's gone. A midseason shakeup isn't gonna be enough to keep this ship from sinking if the players can't figure it out for themselves, but I wouldn't be shocked if he's dismissed before season's end depending how just how badly this thing spirals out of control.
