My two year old GrandDaughter's first final. 8-)

Was OK until third period started. Snoozin' with Papa in the recliner now though.
she made it pretty far into her first final before the zzz's set in.

 that's a big hornet-but it doesn't say edina. congrats to the hornets. that's hockey. the goalie kept them in the game and they found a way to get it done in OT.

MN State Hockey Tourney is just so special! Unbelievable final tonight, and just fun all around! I’ve watched over 50 of them now!

Been out of town and unable to check out the chat here much.....wonderful victory for the Hornets and hats off to Eden Prairie. After beating EP handily during the regular season I'm guessing there was a mental letdown for Edina heading into the title game but after getting outplayed those 1st 2 periods Saturday night they luckily had time to turn it back on and pull out the OT victory. Wondering now if Giles has had enough or will want to continue on...

EP has 12 seniors, but barring early departures some of their key players are younger including both Mittelstadts, Holt, Langenfels, Batchelder and their starting G.
