Probably a decent comparison, with one caveat. Cousins vastly more "quality OL dependent" than Romo. No question Romo does more with what we had last year than Cousins - IF he would have remained healthy that is.

Well, Romo is another QB that had lots of season stats and did not do crap when his team got to the post-season. I will say this, at least his teams got to the post-season a wee bit more often than Cousins (but not by much).
