I like all those guys as well. I may put Williams ahead of Ford though in terms of BPA. Sweat and Oliver are both studs. If they draft Metcalf, I'll eat my hat. I think he's the best WR in this draft, but I'd be shocked if they go that route. Unless they don't think they can't restructure Theilen.

I like your first three.

But I’ll change out your last two with Bush and Hockenson.

In no particular order.

Bucky Brooks had us taking Oliver on his last mock. Didn't have Ford going in the first round. Could his stock really have dropped that far because of the bad combine? No Lindstrom or Risner in the first either.

Ford didn’t even have that bad of a combine I didn’t think.

So one OL pick?

Is that where the “smart money” is?

My list has changed.

Obviously I like some other guys more but they have no chance of making it to the Vikings.

Most of my 5 probably won't either but at least there is a slight chance.

Go Oline in RD #2 if a "Pure" stud is available.

Hockenson can block and be a threat. He would be ideal.

You couldn't ask for anything better than that. Never happen though. I'm predicting both will be gone before we even pick.

That would be amazing if that was the total draft. Simply, if they had to use the remaining 4-7 picks to move up in each round to come away with just those three players, I would say it was an immensely successful draft. Fill out the rest of the roster with UDFA for RB and third WR or whatever. Yes, they would have other holes, but to come away with those three would be amazing.

1, 2, 3, 5 won’t be there

Ford might but I’m doubting the Vikings will pick him. Rick doesn’t know shit about lineman or qbs
